FM BENCHMARKING LITE is priced on a per-report basis. You purchase "bundles" of report credits, and use up one credit each time you generate a report. Each time you run a different report or the same report with different combinations of filter choices, you must use up a credit. If you run the same report with the same filter choices within 30 days, no credit is required.
You will need a browser and Internet access. There is no data about your building that you will need to input.

Pricing (LITE)- First bundle of 25 credits = $75
- Each additional bundle of 25 credits = $50

The full version of FM BENCHMARKING is priced on a per-building, per-year subscription basis. For each building that you input, you will need a separate subscription. For one credit (subscription), you will be able to input any size building and have any number of users with access from any number of computers, as long as they have a browser with Internet access. Each credit will allow you to input and access your building data for one fiscal year of your choice (a second fiscal year will require a second credit).
You will need to input a limited amount a data about your building to use the full version of FM BENCHMARKING, including its gross area. You will need your total utility spend to use the utilities section, total maintenance spend for the maintenance area, etc. More such data will increase the value of the FM BENCHMARKING tool, but is not required.
With the full version of FM BENCHMARKING, the more credits that you purchase within a 60-day period, the less each will cost.
You also may purchase the Cost and Sustainability Surveys separately when purchasing less than 20 credits. A major discount applies when purchasing both together. The Cost Survey includes space utilization, utilities, maintenance, janitorial and security. The Sustainability Survey includes LEED-EBOM as well as some general sustainability data.
Only the full version of FM BENCHMARKING includes best practices, the ability to display you buildings on reports, and trend reports (trend reports will be available in 2012).
For 20 credits or fewer, the full version of FM BENCHMARKING should be purchased via credit card through the FM BENCHMARKING Web site. Should a subscriber wish to cancel and receive a refund, an e-mail should be sent to billing@fmbenchmarking.com stating the reason. There is no product to return.
Anyone may cancel and receive a full refund, if not satisfied, and if done within thirty (30) days of purchase. Send an e-mail to billing@fmbenchmarking.com, stating the reason for the cancellation. All reasons shall be accepted by FM BENCHMARKING.
When a subscription is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, FM BENCHMARKING will refund the full amount paid for that building; in a situation where multiple subscriptions have been purchased, FM BENCHMARKING will assume that the subscription that is being cancelled is the most recent one, in terms of pricing discounts for multiple buildings. Customer should allow sixty (60) days to receive a refund. FM BENCHMARKING will delete the cancelled building from its database.
Subscribers are licensed to use the data internally within their companies. The Terms and Conditions of Use contains additional information that permit you to share the data with others outside of your company in certain circumstances.
