Example Charts and Reports: Maintenance
Building Maintenance is the preventive and remedial upkeep of building components; i.e., maintenance work done as a normal part of building maintenance operations. The maintenance data will be input in three major categories:
- Preventive + Planned + Predictive
and by individual maintenance categories if it is available. If it isn't available, totals can be entered for the three major categories.
We have also provided an option to enter the workforce representation (internal workers or contractors, as well as Union or non-Union) for each type of work so that this data can be filtered in the output reports, if desired.
